Although Rosemary's birthday isn't for another week, we decided to have her Lorax-inspired party a weekend early so our friends and family in Oklahoma could join us. It was a little bit of work but in the end it was well worth it! I tried to stick to a small budget as well as the rules I set for myself when planning the party because it was important to me that we didn't accumulate a lot of garbage. To keep costs down I made the food and drinks myself (with the help of some awesome people---thanks mama McDee!) and kept the decorations simple
