This month, I promise to...
1. Drink less coffee
2. Meditate daily
3. Respect my body & be mindful of what I put in it
4. Try to get some sleep whenever possible
5. Really unplug whenever there is some downtime. No computer, no phone, no TV.
6. Go to a hot yoga class.
7. Do crossfit with Stephen daily.
8. Don't procrastinate!!!
