To Cloth Diaper or Not to Cloth Diaper

It's a quiet Friday night and I welcome the silence. Rosie is fast asleep, Stephen's napping and me? I am enjoying my homemade chai latte and catching up on my subscribed blog feed. Relaxation is just around the corner. After work tomorrow, Stephen and I are going to see the wonderful Avett Brothers playing in New Braunfels. Hopefully Sunday we can make a special little family mini-road trip too.

And did I mention I have a little vacation time set up for next week? No special plans just yet but I am oh so looking forward to snuggles with my baby mermaid, organizing the house and maybe doing something entirely self-indulgent. A massage maybe??

I'm finally starting to give cloth diapering serious consideration, much to a certain papabear's dismay. I mean seriously though, how cute are these? It's just the cost that makes me hesitant. And well, not only that but the feasibility of it too. I think for practicality, we'd still use disposibles when out and about but maybe cloth while at home?

Still going to give this some thought but I would love to hear your thoughts.

  1. I say no to cloth diapers. I admire you for wanting to give them a try & I understand all the reasons why someone would want to use them, but I just think they are too messy and way more work.
