Rose has become a distracted eater. Don't get me wrong, eating is still her favorite hobby ever. In fact, it is a general rule of thumb not to eat anything too close to her. She has a tendency to lean towards whoever has something and I fear one of these days she just might manage to take a bite.
But anyways, yes, Rose tends to get distracted a lot while eating these days. Especially if she hears her papa, immediately her head jerks around in search for him and if after a few minutes I dare try to fasten my nursing bra, she turns back to eat with a very perturbed look on her face as if to say, "who do you think you are? I wasn't done yet!" Who knew an infant could scowl?
Family has been in town the last few days which is always fun! We had a very short swimming pool visit over the weekend. Rosie dipped her feet into the kiddie pool and wanted so badly to swim (that's my baby mermaid!) It makes me happy that she loves the water so much and I can't wait to teach her someday soon how to swim.
All tuckered out. Auntie cuddles are the best. <3
